This is a logo I began for Amber "Bones" Harner in the spring of 2009 and never quite knew how to finish. I decided to finally wrap it up almost two years later.

“I Replaced The Part You Broke, My Dear, And Now I’m Feeling Fine”

This is a pair of laser engraved panels I created for a group show at Grass Hut in Portland, Oregon next month called x²=√♥. Opening night is January 6th, 2010. Come!

They were cut at Metrix Create Space and completed in Seattle, Washington on 2010-12-24.

This is the “Summer” variation of the illustration I did for Cory Schmitz‘ gaming and lifestyle magazine, The Controller. This is the variant that used in the final layout.

I did a few other versions, too and you can also take a look at the final layout. It was completed in New York City on 2010-07-20.

This clock is based on an old idea of mine that I was reminded of after reading Seneca’s “On the Shortness of Life”. Having only a second hand, its purpose isn’t to tell a specific time, but to describe the passing of time and remind the viewer not to waste those ticking seconds.

I’d like to make a watch of a similar design, so if anyone sees a likely candidate for modification, let me know.

This is my ridiculous business card based on Wile E. Coyote’s. I wanted to make them with no contact information so they just read “Scott J. Garner, Genius”, but I chickened out and put it on the back.
