Song Twenty-Five is another Reason original (begun in 2.5 and later tinkered with in 3.0) that I began working on shortly after seeing Hayao Miyazaki’s brilliantly beautiful Spirited Away. I won’t say the movie was a direct inspiration (I don’t really work that way), but it definitely had an influence on how I visualized the song during playback. This second demo version was completed on 2005-03-20 in Hollywood, California.

While there has been content at scott dot j38 for quite a while, I’ll call today the official launch date so it can have the same birthday as me. In addition to the existing animations, the images section is now up and I’ve completed an initial version of player38 for the music page.
